WOD - 16:13. Managed 36 C2B pull ups, 14 chin over. My hands were ripped in 6 places...that's when I switched to chin over. For pistols, I got full depth but had a little assistance from a blue band. Single band for ring dips.
Michelle - Hope the feet are doing alright! You're a badass!
Nick - I hope you are preparing a good birthday WOD for Saturday! :)
I still haven't washed my left hand from 3:30 class-OUCH! (of course i'm kidding but i hate when this happens!) press: 65,75,85,95(1) WOD: 13,14-something?...the hand wound was a huge distraction.
Ok 330 was like Freaky Friday! What was in the air? Ok wait , I know Maleki I think took over the title "Breeze" I think i got abt 11 C2B pull ups then I kicked bambi in the ass and that threw off the rest of my Pull up. The pistions were a challenge needed to use a blue band and a ball. Ring dips rx 11:22
