Hope everyone did great this weekend! I was in the hospital all weekend with my sister who had her baby and I leave this morning for Texas. See everyone on Wednesday!

Yeah tough mudders, great job everyone yesterday - It was a blast. Glad no one broke an ankle.

good job to everyone that did the mudder yesterday... i just wanted to thank everyone for making my OTG experience enjoyable.. i feel confident in my ability to do well in boot camp after having done crossfit these past few months and thats because you guys pushed me so hard. ill be back soon enough and when i do come back ill be bigger stronger, faster than ever and even more commited to bringing down the williamstown social club

Stephanie Donato was unreal at the Broad Street yesterday. The top 10mile race in the country. Out of 26,194 runners, Stephanie finished 428th overall. She ranked 55th of all females in the race. Awesome job!

I didn't have any access to my laptop for a few days but would like to thank "Slick" for helping/pushing me thru the WOD on Friday. That is what CF is all about!!!! It was cool working out in EHT and to see some new CF'ers.

Great putting some names to faces yesterday. Had a blast hanging out with everyone. Geo, what a sin man. I thought that british lady was gonna take care of you. Regardless great meeting you and the other w-town crossfitters. Really enjoyed traveling the course with Matt and Brett. 1:30 Crew glad we got...TWO HOURS to get to know eachother waiting for the bus. I'm writing a complaint to get that 120$ price down for Englishtown!!
