well I thought I was gonna hit that MU before the end of this week but now I am taking care of some health issues. Not sure I'm gonna make it in this week at all. Very disappointed, it kills me to read the WODs and then not be able to come in and do them.

Heavy Thrusters 90-95-105-110-115(F), couldn't get the bar up, almost but still short.
WOD: RX'd 15:14...the transition into the second run was hard. The whole workout was rough, so many reps!! Patty, you did so good with the run...I knew you could do it:) Great WOD, thanks Mark and Stacey for pushing me!

We sent Gio walking back to Williamstown with his 75 pound barbell on his back. He should be there by 6pm tomorrow.

15:58 Rx'd. Could have gone faster if I wasn't dodging minivans and being interrogated by people in the parking lot during that last 800.

Failed at 165 on the lift. It was mental. I had it. Next time.

Nice job Jax and Slick. Way to tough it out.

Lift: 85 (felt good), failed on 95 & 90. I need new shoulders :(
