"FGB-ish"
In this workout you move from each of five stations after a minute. This is a five-minute round from which a one-minute break is allowed before repeating for a total of 3 rounds.

High Hang Power Cleans 75/55
Knees to Elbows
The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. On call of "rotate," the athlete/s must move to next station immediately for good score.

Last time I did 45lb on the bench and cleans and k2armpits and got 218 reps, so this was a decent PR. Almost doubled what I got on box jumps last time.

Every time I got to the K2E my forearms were shot. Last round I could barely hold the bar.
But I'm still happy with the end result. Next time I'll be well over 300.
If only I hadn't stumbled on that one box jump!!!!!
