Couldn't make it in yesterday or this morning, so went for a 5 mile run instead ... finished in 42:25.

Loved this workout. Can't wait for the soreness to set in tomorrow. Chest and arms felt great after all of those ring dips. Form suffered a bit going rx on the deads, but definately making the move to getting stronger. Thanks Mark, great coaching today! Awesome job to all! Have a great weekend everyone! Tried to get back to doin ring dips with my shoulder, I used a red band but it felt good to do some ring dips. Rx'd the deads, time was 14:20.
