Don't know what it was, but felt really weak today.
Lift - 95, 11, 125, 135 (Fail - 1 rep), 135
WOD - 9 rounds @ 155 lbs.
when did Chris ever weight 155 lbs? only kidding big guy, still looks like a hard fought day!
1993-1994 ... freshman year of college ... it was all down hill from there !!!
I bet Joey O's wishing he didn't weigh 200lbs now... =P
Ran too late for AM WOD. So, I forced a rest day...sort of...Used my wrist GPS that I run with to measure distance. Back parking lot end to end at EHT box is .1 mile (did that 6x); around the box is .2 mile (did that 2x).
Hard to rest with all the great programming!

Lift 75-85-95-105-115(2) failed 3rd So weak with OHSQ
WOD: 155lbs- 11 RDS
OHSQ 40-45-50-55-60
WOD 10+1 65lbs
Now this is the kind of WOD that makes me love crossfit lol
Overheads did 105 for 3
WOD 115 got 9rds +2 Love doing 115!
