Don't know what it was, but felt really weak today.

Lift - 95, 11, 125, 135 (Fail - 1 rep), 135

WOD - 9 rounds @ 155 lbs.

Ran too late for AM WOD. So, I forced a rest day...sort of...Used my wrist GPS that I run with to measure distance. Back parking lot end to end at EHT box is .1 mile (did that 6x); around the box is .2 mile (did that 2x).

Hard to rest with all the great programming!
