You know you're addicted to Crossfit when...you wake in the middle of the night and your first instinct is to check the WOD for the next day;)
Or when you won't go to bed until the WOD for the next day is posted. Even when your away and you know you have no chance of making it to the box the next day
I'm going to try to do this WOD at the gym where we're headed today! Looks like a good one!

I know exactly how it is. I worked last night and was hitting the refresh button at midnight trying to see the WOD
What is this addiction that we call "Cross Fit". We are on vacation and have our abmat and a kettlebell with us!!! Check the WOD first thing in the morning and try to improvise our workout. Lee already did her workout and it is only 8:00AM....
Can someone please tell me the best/easiest way to explain Cross Fit to everyone else.
We miss all of our CF friends and family!!
You guys might need counceling... Don't forget better sleep will help your crossfit wods, furthering your addiction. Ever hear the saying one hour of sleep before midnight is worth two hours after?

Back to the friendly confines of W'Town today ... however, the EHT'ers made me feel right at home for my last 2 WOD's !!!
Awesome night last night! I want to thank Brett and Stacey for "persuading" me to workout...and I'd like to thank Joe, Matt, Stacey and Wayne for sticking around and motivating Brett and I...much appreciated! My recovery was awful...gotta work on that!
So Chris D spotted me a minute and then beat me by 9 seconds. I hate that guy. Although I did 5 rounds if deads unbroken to his 2. Take that Chris. Big deal, you can do sit ups faster than me. Who you gonna call when you need someone to deadlift your car off your foot?
If I don't have an AbMat at home and want to do GHD Sit-ups instead, how many should I do? I figured 10-15 or somewhere around there. Any input?
I only spotted Atlee a minute because he BEGGED for it. Maybe if you weren't paying attention to how many unbroken rounds of deadlifts I did, you MAYBE could've beaten me !!!

I did this WOD last Wednesday when ALL CLASSES were cancelled. Did 13:49 with 205 lbs and no anchored sit-ups.
Oh, and if I need my car deadlifted off my foot, I'm gonna call Wayne !!!

About the blog, it is blocked at my work and checking it on my cell phone was a pain. Sooo, I got a new cell phone. Gotta love the iPhone!
So bummed I missed today. I guess bad guys don't work 8-4. Oh well. I'll be there tomorrow and then I'm gonna do today's wod during open gym. I love dead lifts.

Yes ,my name is Paul and I too have a CrossFIt addiction . Cannot wait to check WOD in morning or middle of night, I guess we all get a little obsessed once we start CF.

How is Cf down in Ft Meyer? Will be down in Naples in March.

I have been fishing with Dr. Stan for 10 years! We start in April and fish until Thanksgiving. Rarely miss a weekend. I also surf fish for stripers in the spring and fall with another crew of guys. It is another obsession! Lol. He and his family are GREAT people!!!!!
CF in Ft Myers didn't work for me. It would be too far for you anyway--about an hour ride. See if there is one in Naples.
