Hey y'all, great workout in WTown this mornin with Summer & Kevin. How the hell did I finish first-that never happens!! Chip away people, chip away !!
The blog is getting more popular every day. Keep the posts coming it will be my only outlet for my OTG fix over the next few weeks. I had a minor medical procedure and it will keep me sidelined for a couple of weeks. The videos have been excellent. I saved the one from yesterday for future inspiration. Just wanted to wish all OTG'ers but specifically the 6 o'clock W'town crew a great couple of weeks without me. I will be cheering you on from home. Watch out when I get back. It might get scary!
