To all of the CF gang. Pick-up a copy of the USA Today. There is a story about Michael Phelps and UA gear. The follow up story on page 8 is about his training. It is Cross-Fit and will be in his first TV commercial. He will be doing pull ups and working with a kettlebell!!!!

There is Crossfit Redline in Naples. Check it out before you "drop-in". The problem I had in Ft Myers was that they did not do drop-ins....

Okay, I will not be able to walk tomorrow.

And then to really kill myself, I did yesterdays WOD and got 6:47. Thanks for doing it with me Mark, I probably would have been a lot slower with out you. Thanks Justin too:)
