Power Cleans 155/105lbs
Pull Ups C2B
KB Swings 1.5/1 pood

Post time to comments. (or completed rounds and reps)

There was a 15 min time limit on this one, but we're extending it to 20 min.
Power Cleans - Bar moves from ground to shoulder finishing with elbows in front of bar at the top rack position and hips and legs at full extension.
Pull Ups - Chest to Bar - From a fully locked out arm position to chest to bar. Chest must hit the bar in order for the rep to count.
KB Swings - At the top of the swing, your ear must be visible from the side in order for the rep to count

Simply one of the BEST videos (and commentary) yet !!! Considering there's only been about 4 videos total.

Really makes it "real" to know that ALL of us had/have the same struggles at the start.

I plan to attempt MU's after EVERY workout going forward until I can get them effortlessly !!!

Oh and by the way, this WOD looks like a Kick in the Nuts (for us guys) !!! Good luck today !!!

Was really hoping to finish this one today, could have pushed harder kind of pissed at myself. Was in the round of 3 when the 15min. limit of the qualifiers was up. Finished 16:25

Happy enough though considering i was starting my round of 6s last time lol

WOD RX'D 19:13.

So happy to I finished in our time limit. Last time I did this, I did 95lbs for the cleans and only got to round 4 in 15mins...

I'm icing my chest...nothing like a bar slammming into your chest for 55 cleans and 55 C2B's!

WOD RX'D 21:47 (which I'm pretty sure was over the limit for any of the qualifiers. Except the Southeast, those guys are weak.)
155 was heavy! Had to resort to squat cleans cause I couldn't get it up. But that's a personal problem and really none of your business.
Always love the energy at OTG when you are one of the last athletes still completing the WOD. Thanks and great work to everyone!

did a 4.5 mile run in my 20# weighted vest... came in just under 40 minutes, but i took it a little easier than usual.

My old PR at the NEQ was in the upper 12 minute, 12.49 i believe... hopefully i'll give it a try tomorrow

Hi everyone! I check the wods all the time n miss it so much. I'm laughing that you all are so sore from the wods n I'm so sore from these twins in my belly! ha. I see you all have nicknames n I've dedided what mine should be........."THE PRODUCER". This is for 2 reasons- I'm producing all these children n I hope to get back to producing some decent times when I return!! HA Too funny!
