Just got released from the hospital job... stuck there all weekend... but used the stress lab's equipment and ran ... not so bad... running has really improved much faster 7min. mi. sorry will miss this ..going away... till 17th... see ya all soon... T will need to start over again ... just like after Italy ugh! scarey...
i hope my shoulder can handle this one! can't wait to get in there at 4:30 today! :)
looks like the perfect workout Joey O to finish with some front squats, maybe body weight, count should be around 50 (just glad I didn't lose that bet)!
Joey O then has 50 burpees to do! I wasn't taking that bet with 50 Front Squats at your body weight; especially after some beers and terrible unzone like food! I felt like I was doing a WOD with beers and wings!
Nice work 9:30 in EHT! Something as simple as nailing a SDHP "return" can make a coach happy! Great Job!
And a big shout out to Caleb for getting his first MU!!!! Congrats!!! With that kip, you'll be hitting multiples in no time!
These exercises are going to have to be partitioned ha 50 bw frsq and burpees in the same day as a 1k row spring and WOD might be enough to take a week off lol
Joe,
You also have the bet with me and Nick with your box jumps
Tina - have fun and be safe!! We'll miss you!
Joe - you still owe me a low score of 18 for your Tabata 24" box jumps after the h. power cleans, KB, and Sit ups.....looking forward to my cheesecake factory dinner/dessert!!!
Wayne/Brett - that goes for both of you too!
Congrats Caleb!!
We love the 'return'!!
Wayne, you were never a part of our bet, your debts are still owed from last july, integrity my friend, integrity
Nick I look forward to your treat after I break 18
So, just call me the "Lone Wolf" today as I was the only brave soul to make an appearance at W'town for 9:30 today.
Lift - 135/155/175/185(f)/185
WOD - chose HEAVY option ... Nick predicted that I would finish in under 10 mins and I finished at 9:59. Those last 2 push-ups almost cost me.
Muscle Up made my day! Thanks for all the coaching Mark.
Push Jerk - (115/125/135/155/185PR) failed at 195
WOD: 6:25 @ 95#
