6 Rds - 40 sec AMRAP/20 sec rest
Burpees/T2B
Complete AMRAP in 40 sec of Burpees then 20 sec of rest, then complete AMRAP in 40 sec of T2B, etc.. for 6 Rounds.
Post total burpees, T2B and thoughts to comments.

Thanks Paul! I hit a WOD at CrossFit Newport Beach yesterday at 430pm..Lift was heavy snatch pulls 3x5, WOD was 200m run, 20 double unders, 400m run, 40 dus, 800m run, 60 du's...finished 8:28. Cash out was 3 rounds 1 min sit ups, 15 sec rest, 1 min mason twist with 20# kettlebell. Abs are on fire today! Gotta love the burn!!!
Rx'd-77/68=145 total reps. Catch everyone tomorrow morning!
