wow...this looks fun. I wish I could make it. Have fun and good luck to everyone going. I think the coaches have prepared us well for these workouts, should be fun
Looks like 2 fun workouts :)
Whew...not so bad. The rows will be the tough part for me. Duct tape!!!
hope your shoulder gets better fast Joe O, Sat will be a shoulder killer
Not crazy about the row, but not as bad as I thought it was going to be. Bring it.
Anyone else still have sore abs from Friday? Should make the row fun today. Good luck to everyone participating in the throwdown - I know you will kick some ass.
I'm 4:30 today.
Yeah doesn't look shoulder friendly, who the hell made up that first workout?
By now everyone knows just how much I HATE rowing ... so the first workout is gonna be more of a mental battle for me than a physical one ...
Chris I feel your pain, does anyone truely like to row?
11:01- 175 Deadlift. Loved the workout today. Great job everyone this morning in EHT!
The throwdown looks like a ton of fun. Thinking about taking the drive down to watch!
I'm not sure what to make of these workouts. I think the first one will suck for sure because of the row, but I'm terrified of the thruster workout. Thrusters and burpees are two things I really struggle with! Thank god I have all week to get my head in the game for this one!
My abs are still sore from Friday Steve!!!
I'll be in at 4:30 today after my busy MLK day of errands!!!
I Love To ROW!!
Just need ya to push me through E, and I'll do the same for you brother.

Couldn't try the pull-ups, still trying to rest the shoulder up before this weekend. Cant wait.
I loved this WOD and lift today.
Lift- 25-30-40-85-100 Theres a pretty interesting picture of what the 100 pounds looked like.
WOD: 10:24 abs still hurting so I couldnt get a full rowing stroke in
Doing my own "Night Time WOD" tonight at home ... since Monday evening television actually sucks, my wife "makes" me watch the Bachelor. So, during each commercial break, for the full 2 hours, I will do as many sit-ups as I can. Or, maybe during one commercial I'll do sit-ups and the next one I'll do push-ups. We'll see and I'll report my total(s) ...
Wish me luck !!!
Pullups: BW-25-35-45-65(missed by 2 inches)
WOD: 12:54 (185 lbs.)
Bonus round: When I got home I had to move a matress, box spring and bed frame from the basement to the second floor.
I will sleep well tonight.
So, this means that you have to watch the full 2 hours of that crap ... no cheating !!!
Oh, by the way, Rozlyn is HOT !!!
Chris, TV sucks in general but you gotta like Jack Bauer on "24"---8:00 tonight!!!! I will be enjoying my protein shake and blogging while watching 24....life is good.
Brett, you have been coaching us up for a "long" time now but you should know that we don't like the second heat. Our energy level falls off buy the time it is our turn. LOL
