7 Muscle Ups
10 Hang Power Cleans 135/95lbs

Sub for 1 Muscle Up - 3 Pull Ups and 1 Ring Dip. So for the workout you would do 21 Pull Ups and 7 Ring Dips each round in place of the Muscle Ups.

Hey! I just wanted to tell everyone how great of a time I had working out at OTG. I was really sad to leave! I can definitely tell an improvement in my strength and endurance. I'l let you guys know as soon as I get a muscle up too. I also found out I am getting stationed at Ft. Sam Houston in San Antonio, Texas! Hopefully I will be back in May to see the new gym. Thank again!!!

intersting workout.. rxd the first round then decided it would be faster just to do the pull ups and dips rather then attempting muscle ups again.. finished in 11:42.. good job mark and kristi

Such disappointment, no muscle up yet but gosh darn it, I'm close. However, I did get max pullups - 22. Yahoo, and that was after 63 pullups from the wod.

Thanks Jim and Mark for kicking my ass in the wod. But it was fun working out with you guys, pushed me a lot. You too Justin, hey great job on your pull ups. I have never seen someone drop from the bar like that:)

Good day for me at cf...I got 16 of the 21 muscle ups...super excited about that. I was the only one @ 630 so I had justin to myself...thanks for the push and your confidence in me. I really wished I could have finished the last 5 but my arms went numb!

Kristi congrats on your max pull ups. That is amazing esp after the 63 for the WOD. I predict you will get your muscle up before the end of the month. I hope to join you too.
Today's WOD scared me, therefore I did not go. Needed a rest day anyway!
