Caleb u got it...just ask one of the coaches for some help with technique and you're there!Deadlift: 165, 185, 205Wod: rx'd 5:53Squats suffered a little due to some lower back pain that didn't surface till my 1st deadlift. Not sure what's going on there...but I feel good now...
