H.SQ.Clean Ladder 10-1 - UNBROKEN
Hang Squat Clean 135/95lbs
L-Sits - Knees are completely straight with ankles above hips.
H.SQ.Clean - Must be completed UNBROKEN. If you fail on your set of 7 by only getting 5, you must repeat the set of seven and so on. (As soon as the bar touches the ground the set is over/broken.)

WOD - 6:13 with 75 lbs (Have a right shoulder/trap muscle strain, so I didn't want to do any further damage with only 10 days to go until The Beast)

wish i could go back and redo today.. L sits confuse the hell out of me.. did the WOD in 5:59 with 115lbs.. could have been faster.. wish i had gone rx'd
Proud of two things today.
1. Proud of Doug for finishing the workout at 125#.
2. Proud of the vein in his forehead for not popping all the hell over me.
What an effort! Be there at 4:30 tomorrow.

This mornings wod is already catching up with me. Definitely not a favorite movement. I knew I was in trouble when Nick's lead off to the wod was this will probably be the hardest one you've done..ha. WOD 6:58 45lbs l-sit sub kn kicks 91 total. Nice pic!

Still feeling the shoulder problems, feels better, should be back by the end of the week hopefully. So i deadlifted instead, hit a new pr of 375. Cant wait to get back to normal wods, everyone killed it at 6 here at wtown, awesome times
