Nick, I would like to thank you for calling me out. Since we are going to call people out how about the coaches blogcast ? Mark said "a few days a week" Nick said "could be more" REALLY !! With that being said, Nick, I would like to thank you for all the help today with the snatch I feel as though I have improved tenfold in one day.
We'll start posting when we get more 5:30 classes!!
Mark or Nick...are one of you going to be at EHT around 3 before the 3:30 class. I'd like to show up early to warm-up a little more.

WOD more difficult than it looks, at least for me. 65Ibs. & single band and I was suffering through the pull-ups by 7-10.

I'm with Sandy. If there was a 5:30 on Tuesday and Thursday, I'd get to spend more time with my boy Nick (how have you been brother?) and maybe even start coming more than two days, which means I get in better shape and you guys get more money. It's a win-win.

Steve C - 'The Condition' and I have talked about it several times...it's a def a possibility in the near future..we're also going to implement a 6:30am class on Mondays and Fridays in the next week or two in EHT. We'll keep you posted!!
Bambi - I've made this recipe and it lasts me 2 days so you can half it if you'd like (I keep the leftovers in the fridge)..I modified it from it the original.
'The Gift's Banana Pancakes'
2 Organic Bananas (mashed)
1 ton Organic Cinnamon
2 Organic Eggs (whole)
1 Heaping spoonful of Maranatha Organic Creamy Peanut Butter
For breakfast I have 2 of the 4 pancakes from the above recipe, along w/ 3 fried eggs (working on poaching them at some point), and 1 spoonful of peanut butter...YUMMY!!
the 6:30 am class could be fun-nice way to get the day started!
