Great WOD today. Finished with 10:07 Rx'd. Burpees suck! Those were the only thing I did not like today, other then that great WOD.

Michelle, I can't believe you are promoting bad behavior, making Longo some cookies. Jim you should have to do 20 burpees for every cookie you eat:)

Had to workout at school today...not very ideal but I squeezed out a 7:15 for the WOD. I liked it a lot. It's nice when the bar is choking you during the front squats while you're trying to keep your elbows up high. In the swimming world we call that "hypoxic" training. My schedule is pretty steady for the next 2 weeks so I will definetly be showing my face at OTG...who knows, the Malecki brothers might storm Williamstown one day over Christmas break. Happy Holidays eveyone!

Kristi if I did 20 burpees for every cookie I ate it would be into the 1000's.

We just got a big box of cookies in the mail today for a Christmas present. Not good. Guess what I'llbe doing when I get home tonight. HAHAHAH!!

Started a new strength program so did this wod differently

subbed push press for 135 and front squat for bodyweight 155

Sounds good Joe! Nick made me ponder doing extra weight - but with having a cold I was too nervous, but I still RX'd today - even pull-ups! Time was around 11:16 or so.

Rx'd at school. 7:30. It was a great workout. Definately had to push through it. Also, WOW to Joe's time. Don't know you, but your my new idol.
