I base my choice on how I feel. If I've had a long day, it's not worth it to kill myself in the WOD. Sometimes when you feel bad a tough workout can make you feel worse. I'd rather do the Rx'ed WOD and get a killer score. I should make it in today.

mikko's got a 8:03 time for rowing 500's on helen. That's a pretty good time to shoot for...
On a side note I started my beast of the east training this week. Anybody else going to go with us? We need to represent!
Whether or not I opt for the "heavy" option depends on whether or not I can even lift the "heavy" weight.
I hear that Joe, guess we have to find a better name, that's some bull crap!

Sqeaked out a 13:06 today for Helen. I had a pretty good time going until the last round when my forearms died on me. I couldn't even hold the rower. That last round was rough, but I finished.
OHSQ (my weakest movement) 95x3, 115x3 (sloopy), 115x1(not so sloopy).
I really have to work on them.
Nice job for the 6:30 crew. Me and the ladies, you can't beat that.
