Love the video, probably not the best day to post it though, as we're doing snatches. Tighten that sh$t up webmaster.
if you can't deadlift i'd be willing to bet you can't snatch either

Oh, I almost forgot. That video, though short, is right on the money. If you sit and think about it the dead lift is performed so many time throughout your day.
Basically anytime you pick something up. In my case a little 2 year old who won't walk down the steps. Or my 4 year old who refuses to listen. Or for the heavy lift when I grab them both for a Daddy son hug right before bed time.
I used to hate the deadlift. But now that I know how to do one the right way I can only see the benefits of it.
