Rest Day
After starting CrossFit, what's been the biggest change that you've noticed in your everyday routine? More energy to play w/ your kids? Too sore to do anything? Rearranging your life around CF?

The biggest change I've seen is the increased energy I have. I also have seen the weight loss I was hoping for. Continue to work towards more toning and overall muscle development, but those too are also noticeable.
As far as being too sore ... well, let's just say that some days (Jackie Finals and this past Friday) hurt worse than others !!!
Carrying three 40 pound kids up the stairs to bed at the same time with no problem.
Well. I've moved home from Florida, changed my major, changed my complete diet, changed career aspirations, and pretty much spend 40 hrs a week at the gym lol But in turn, have been turned onto newer and better things as a result...
i look and feel better naked (isn't that what we're all going for in the end)
in other news I did a benchmark OTG WOD last night in Atlantic CITY.... [in honor of sam burkett]
AMRAP in 12 hours (prime time is 4pm-4am)
1 bud light
1 hieneken light
1 lemon drop shot
what was I thinking drinking from 4pm till the bar closed at 4 am? I hate my life. see you guys MONDAY!
Kyle nailed it. In the end, don't we all just want to look good when we get out of the shower. Like Fernando said " Darling, it's better to look good than to feel good".
I didn't think it was possible, but crossfit has made me that much more competitive with myself. I want to be stronger, I want to be faster, I want to be better. I'm hooked.
Over the past 3 months, I only lost a few pounds, but I can see things have shifted. And I'm starting to get abs, haven't seen them in a while:)
