Felt pretty good tonight. There was a lot of people for the 5:30 and everyone did a great job.
I finished up with 8:55 Rx'd. I flew thru the deadlifts, way faster then I thought. KB's not to bad but I bet I could have used more hip action. The ring dips slowed me down. I could do them but I purposely did not rush thru them due to shoulder issues. Overall a great WOD tonight. This one makes up for Friday's disaster.
ouch, yes I just realized that is at noon... looks like I'll be shopping a lot earlier than I thought!
