going to try & make the 3:00 session in W'town.....row (shoulders) then pullups (shoulders) to pushups (shoulders) then squats - glad to see that were getting some leg work done!

I think I'm gonna go with that "you're stronger than you think" thing too. I failed twice with a 90 pound clean, but then I finally got it when Leanna told me to think shoulders.
Did 9:23 with a single band...I should have Rx'd and sacrificed an extra minute or so on my time. Oh well...next time!
