How about this twisted bitch for today. I remember doing this one for my first workout with Justin and Bret way back in April. Ahhh the memories! I'm already getting flash backs, should be fun tonight as I suffer through it. Although I bet I get a better time then last time.
Im doing project for a class that involves finding market research about CF. If you haven't already filled out a survey, I would appreciate if you could take five minutes today or the next time you workout to fill it out. The surveys can be found in the Williamstown gym near the ab mats.
ahhh...just as the skin above my butt crack heals we get more abmat sit-ups! i'll be at EHT for the 3:30 class.
Tom - I brought the surveys to EHT. I'll mention it to the athletes down here!
Please take 3-5 min to fill this out. It will help a fellow OTG family member!
Malecki - If you're alone today, I'll give you some motivation.
I would like to revisit - "Mary" but only until I've mastered the pistol..
How about The Lion? That was awesome.
Then again, there's always the filthy fifty!
Filthy Fifty, Crossfit Total, Fight Gone Bad, Griff, Helen
I always miss the really good ones!
Def Filthy!!
What!?! No Fran?!?!...lol
Nick - I don't know if that's going to get me in the gym esp. if you're wearing your lululemons...HAHA
I might be tackling fran today from the main site...we'll see
I wouldn't mind doing 3 bars of death, I know somebody else who'd like to tackle that one.
....speaking of
Someone asked Glassman about what constitutes a bad/not so good workout. His response was a wod that hits muscles that are already sore. He gave two examples...one was 3 bars of death which he said originally they thought it was a mistake...just too hard. The other was the lunges/pushpress workout around a track. They're working the legs so hard that they couldn't pushpress the weight. Amundson and I forget who else, but they were not even 200m in, falling over, in real bad shape and nobody would quit! haha
Anyone interested in signing up for the "Baddest Beast in the East" be aware the registration has been closed due to the signup of the "Baddest Beast in the East"...
I'd like to try Murph again(sober this time), and Angie(my fat stomach got in the way). Like to do Lynne once a month.
3 Bars of Death sounds neat
you better lose a few lbs before doing linda... =P
Gonna miss you guys this week. Got admitted to hospital last night and gonna be here for a few days. All hooked up to IVs but I'm gonna live. There is a bar over my bed that is just within my reach so I am working on my one-arm pullup with what energy I have.
Hope to see you all next week
Did anyone watch the video posted on the main site on Friday the 13th with Rob Orlando doing a ONE-ARMED FRAN !!!
Thrusters with his left arm and pull ups with his right arm !!!
Did it in 11:17.
SICK !!!
Damn that's hard core Steve, on the Crossfit blog from the hospital. Hope you're doing o.k., let me know if you want me to bring you an abmat or jumprope.
Today's WOD was misery. Thanks (i think) for making me use the 1.5 pood Nick. Would have wussed out if you hadn't pushed me.
Steve M - Hope you feel better!!!
Hit me up through email and fill me in bud!
Steve C - Great job tonight!!
