I had the morning athletes hang from the pull up bar, so as to not burn their shoulders out before the WOD.

Great work 9:30 EHT!! You ladies had some cool back-flips on the rings, as well as, some great inversions!!

The 6pm crew would welcome u with open arms!! Nothing better than a couple of brothers moving some weight together. Could get quite competitive. Not to influence u one way or the other. Remember, the impact OTG is having on this "community" u speak of, is a direct result of its founders! It all starts with u guys and trickles down to everyone else to make it what it is....

135 is too heavy...and Kevin he's a garage guy now...he started in EHT...now he's a garage convert!

Dismantling the garage (whenever that is!) will be a tough day indeed...but I can't wait to implement all the exciting ideas we have to make your "experience" even better!

Today I did the WOD from yesterday because I ran out of time to fit the workout in. I finished with 24:50. Not to bad I did about 5 1/2 minutes better then last time so that's good. I think I would have gone faster if Mark or Nick were yell "More hip Jim, More Hip!!!". It's hard to yell that at yourself when doing a WOD, you know.
