ouch! todays wod was killer. i rx`d with a time of 24:10 i think. my shoulders were killin me in the burpees but i got 10 d.u. in a row today!

So today I decided for some dumb ass reason to see what kind of performance I would have if I ate a little different for lunch today. So what did I have you might be asking yourself, well I'll tell you.

2 oz beef jerky (cause you gotta have some protein right, well that's what I told myself at least)
1/2 box of Villa Wafers (carbs right, gotta have a few .... hundred)
and lastly half of a big container of Cool Whip (that's my fats, right to my ass)

So if your wondering how the WOD went well let's say from the first wall ball to the last burpees they all suck ass. I was patiently waiting to see if any wafers covered in cool whip would come flying out, but luckily none did.

I rx'd at least with a whooping 27:49.

So what did we learn from this today class. Cool whip, no good, 1/2 a box of cookies, again no good. Combining that with beef jerky, well that equals a crappy time on a wicked hard WOD. Overall if you're going to eat like shit don't expect to perform well. Plus I got he farts now, my wife hates me :(
