Looks like a good one. I'll be in at 3:30 to attack this.
This looks fun. I'm always up for some overhead squats.I'll be there 6:30.
Yahoo, Rx'd again. Besides tripping over the box jump during warmup and falling flat on my face, not to bad. I think I did it in 12:12. And I got 10 pullups.
Good combination of movements on this one. Really have to work on my Snatch, especially in the later rounds.WODRX'd10:12

13:29 with 75 lbs on the OHSQ. This was one of my weak points. OHSQ get me every time. I have to consciously work them, among other things.
