So I need to work on my DU's. I can do them with a single jump in between but unbroken I fall apart. Tonight my max was 9, no good.
On the WOD I elected to use no strap, which slowed me down. I was thinking of using the blue band, because that's the lowest one I have at home, but changed my mind.
Anyway I finished with 16:44. The burpees were no problems once I stretched my legs real good before hand. My shoulders are going to be sore tomorrow though.
