looking forward to taking today off, finger was a little swollen and red from the KB's last night. oh well it happens.

I finished up today with 15:10. I did the pull ups and the 3 dips, cause muscles ups are not happening yet. Thesquats I was a little slow on and I scaled the SDHP's to 95 to attempt to speed the process. it didn't work. Still sore from yesterdays heavy squats. It's all good though.
I know, this isn't this workout.
Did Sit-up Central, with a time of 13:52. That was little slower than I expected, but I have been slacking lately, so what the f do you want from me.
Gonna try and get in there tomorrow. L8
Today I did 13:31...used a single band for the pull up/ring dip sub. 65 lbs on SDHP. I was pretty pleased with my time. Did most of the squats unbroken. I'm thinking i might be a little sore tomorrow...

The new 6 session in Williamstown was great, our community is growing! We are so excited to have all the new CrossFitters getting right in there, kicking some ass!!! Keep it up!
