17:49 today with Chin Over Pull-Ups. I still HATE rowing no matter what the length.

On a MAJOR POSITIVE note ... got my first Muscle-Up today !!! Actually did 3 singles !!! Thanks Mark and Nick for pushing me to all these things I NEVER thought I could do !!!

Nick, post that pic of my Muscle-Up ASAP !!!

Alli, I would say a good 1K time is in the 4:00 min range. I'm a horrible rower and my best 1K is 4:12. But remember you still have 6 rds of your own personal hell to go through after the row..so you want to leave some gas in the tank.

This was a wake up during the pull ups not to go to muscle failure, wasted way too much time recovering.

Ya I'm with Joe on that. Initially I was going to try and bang out 10 pull ups for the first few rounds then scale but during the first I changed my mind glad I did. I never really got toasted on them.

I felt really good with the row tonight. I finished it in 3:45, and the whole WOD in 18:16, although I did not do C2B on them all. Maybe half.

Tomorrow myself and Paul are going to the Beast Skills seminar up at Crossfit Tribe. It should be really good. I'm totally looking forward to it.
