Just curious ... why is the workout labeled "Power Cleans / K2E" but then it shows Double Unders? Typo?

K2E I would've done! Almost did 3 OTG days this week. Didn't wanna have to sub box jumps for DU's 2x in one week. Ran 5 & practiced some DU's at home.

Didn't make it in this week due to work and family obligations. Was going crazy so I did a modified FGB-ish at home today.

KB's (25 lb. dumbell)
Bench (35 lb. dumbells)
Box Jumps
Push Press (25 lb. dumbells)

Got a 298. The push press was a mistake and my weakest even with only 50 lbs - shoulders were fried after KB's and bench. Hope to be back in the game Monday. Have a nice weekend all.
