PR'd today!!! Yeah! I pulled 215 for 3, so excited and then just for sh*ts and giggles I tried 225 for 1 and did it!! My 1 rep max was 210 in June and my 3 rep max was 200 about a month ago!
I have said it once and I will say it again, Joe, you are a freak of nature. 5 minutes after we finish the WOD, you want to do a tabata row.
Great job tonight and Sandy too. As usual, I was the last one finishing the WOD at 9:33. I suck at pushups and that wall ball is much harder than it sounds.

I did 145 on deads today. I had no clue where I'd be...never tried heavier deads before.
