I was not at all comfortable with form or weight, but I went Rx'd today with 155 lbs.
Push jerks SUCK at that weight. I really need to work on that. Squat Cleans at 155 were surprisingly easy. I failed at 3 or 4 Push Jerks, adding to the misery.
5 rds + 3 + 5 (that's almost 6)
We didn't do the Pistols, which I thought would have been a bit nuts after the Squat Cleans anyway.

My push jerks suck regardless of the weight. Tonight I did 115lbs. The squat cleans I felt pretty good with but my wrists was a mess when I finished up. I would say the wrist isue was my number one thing t slow me down. I was also doing more of a push press then a jerk too so I sure that did not help.
I finished up with 5rds + 3 + 5 + 2. Not to bad for the weight. When I get a better push jerk it will move better.
Also we did the pistols first which was good considering the squat cleans. I was able to bang out 4 rds of 4 with each leg. Ass to heel. I knew I could do those.
One last thing. My son Michael want to met Paul the burpee king. I told him I have to met him first. HA HA!!
