They call me wonderful...

Tabata What?
Lunges
Burpees
Sit ups

Complete 8 intervals of 20 sec of work followed by 10 sec of rest, counting the number of reps completed for each 20 sec interval. There is a one minute rest between the lunges,burpees and sit ups. The score for each exercise is the least amount of reps completed in an interval. Total score is the sum of all scores for each exercise.

Post each score and Total scores to comments.

I may have been able to squeak out another one on the lunges.

Well apparently I have no clue what the actual schedule is in EHT. Twice this week I showed up at the wrong times. Monday to early and today 1 hour late for the last class.

So needless to say my apologies to Mark for today. I know I kept you from you family tonight, but I do appreciate you hanging a little longer. Stacy don't beat him down to bad it's all my fault.

So the WOD tonight was really good. I really like these kinds of WOD's. Me and Dom were battling it out and he got me by one. Here is the totals.

Total Score = 26

Lunges 12
Burpees 5
Sit ups 9

(last round of sit ups should have been 10 but I went to hard for the first 4 by hitting 12, what are you going to do).

Final word, this was the first workout I had in about 2 weeks that was solid. Thanks Stacy for going out of your ass with the WOD's, I love it!!

1ST - Seriously, how freakin awesome are the coach's at OTG, along w/ JV, I also showed up too late to EHT, because I also did not check the damn schedule, and I TOO, am sorry to Mark and his familia. But the freakin dude stayed late with us to let us work out. Screw it, kid's, look away, I'm gonna curse, FUCKIN LOVE THESE GUYS! I bet ya Island Fitness wouldn't have kept the doors open for us. Thanx again Mark you are da man!

2nd - Also great Job tonight Jim, glad you didn't check the schedule either, I didn't want to work out alone [waaaa :-(]
