What a kick ass day at EHT yesterday! So awesome to see the classes getting bigger, which means more energy for everyone to feed off of! I already see some people working on their game plan to whoop "jackie"s butt in November! Should be amazing!
Question, does anyone remember how much fun we had the last time OTG got together outside the gym?
So please make an effort to get to the seminar on Thursday night and Saturday morning! You know we always keep things light and have a good time! So please let us know if you're attending!
The seminar is 45 minutes max, so even if you have to bounce right after, we'll get you in and get you out of here...but we'll have food and beverages available so we can hang out after!

It's a simple and effective workout to do at home, especially when you have no equipment.
I don't know man you're banging them things out like an animal. I will agree they are a great workout when you have limited equipment. Makes me a little ill just thinking about 150 though.
