So the second run absolutely SUCKED ... especially when you have a cold !!!
Anyway, 16:09 with 205 deadlifts.
Well I learned a lesson tonight with this one. First mistake I went to heavy on the deads (205) I felt good the first 3 rounds but the 4th round I was done.
Ya I elected to quit on this one because my back was wrecked. The dips I had no problem with but just to damn heavy on the deads, I should of did 185.
I also substituted running steps for running outside. If I go up and down my basement steps 10 times (13 steps) that's about equal to 400m so I started with 20 times on the steps then went into the rounds. That may have started the down fall.
Either way this is the first WOD I was unable to finish, and I learned the hard way it's about a quality workout not so much how much I can move.
Oh well there is always tomorrow. Now I gotta get some Tiger Balm cause me so soooooreeee.
I wasn't feeling too well but I don't really think it affected my outcome. Came in at 14:03 65 for dead.
Rx'd, 15:27... nothing like ruining a good workout w/a run
