I was a little queasy between after the 3rd and 4th rounds.

3:26, 4:17, 5:43, 5:56, 6:01. My total was 25:12 (based on some suspect math).

This one for sure makes you sick with all those transitions and movements. You hit the fatigue pretty quick. Pushups on that last round were aweful, I was 3s and 4s the whole way.

Still can't eat. Gonna force something down.

I agree with Paul, started feeling queasy after the 1st round. I was so happy to have the 3 min break!

3:49, 4:29, 4:31, 4:52, 4:13. Total time 21:56

Thanks to Mark coaching me every step of the way through that last round!

Finally, a full Barbara under my belt!

Wow, you guys had great times. I skipped this one, actually skipped quit a lot of WODs this week. Just so wiped out for some reason. I've readjusted my training schedule for next week so I'm hoping to get better results with my energy. I also readjusted the diet too, I think that may be a big factor in the energy too.

Either way next week will be much better because I'm finally back on a day shift schedule. This last month on evenings was rough, didn't get a lot of sleep.

Watching you girls (Courtney, Jen C, Jen M, Kelly) and guy (Paul C) do 'Barbara' today was truly inspirational. I'm so proud of all of you for gutting it out. It's real easy to quit that one, especially once nausea sets in.

You did terrific!! My ongoing support of your well-being goes without saying - except today. I needed to voice it. You're making strides psychologically, as well as, physically. No other program offers that! Congrats again, on a tremendous effort!

OMG! This one was awful! I was covered in sweat from head to toe! I knew I'll be up to something really hard coming back after 1+ wk off. Barbara's a B#tch!

4:38 4:53 4:53 6:33 6:03
total time 28:58 with mods (grn+sngle bands/box for pshups) hate the upper body wrkouts bec I just don't have the strength up there.
The cushion for the sit-ups helped a lot-have to say 1st time I didn't get sore :-)

Thanks Nick for all the encouragement! Great job done by all this morning!

38:06 with mods (green band and that white pipe thingy for push ups)

I agree, thanks Nick for the encouragement. That was one of the toughest workouts I have done. After the 3rd round I thought I was going to puke!! It was deceiving.. I thought the pull ups were going to be the tough part. but for me it was the push ups and the anchored sit ups!
