We're excited to get rolling with a solid schedule for EHT this week! We've made some minor changes to the calendar to allow us time to schedule Intros and Foundations classes. There will be more session times as we move forward...most likely a 6am (early!) when the demand calls for it, and a couple throughout the morning...
I checked the new EHT schedule, I am assuming I can workout at any of those times. I will try to come at 4:30 tomorrow, because I have a meeting tomorrow night. If there is a problem with that just let me know.
