my wod today was JT from the website with a few mods1 miles run, 21-15-9; burpees, dips (2 ladders side by side haha), and push-ups, run 1 milei realized too late that burpees after a mile wasnt a good idea, but i finished with 27:17
eeewwww....I would never do that to you Chris!..lol
hahahahwell JT had HSPU and im still working on them and i just thought of burpees right away...idk why..hahand im running everyday and i wanted to include it in the wod
