We're gonna dance on fire...

There will be no Evening Sessions tonight (4 & 6pm) in Williamstown. Those sessions will be moved to EHT.
We would love to have those coming to EHT, do today's prescribed WOD down there. Depending on how many participants we get, we'd like to break the sessions up throughout the 4 hours of the fundraiser to raise awareness for what it is we do on a daily basis. The more people, the more fun! Bring friends, family, co-workers, and people you know who would be interested in seeing what CrossFit embodies.
Also, we will be having a Grand Opening in the near future at EHT and would appreciate all of your support in making it a great success. Thank you to everyone coming down tonight! We're looking forward to a fantastic time in a new space! (It will never be the garage though!)

There was some talk the other day about us going to Chickie's and Pete's (in EHT on Rt 322) to grab a bite and a drink after the event tonight. Anyone is welcome to come!

I never did this workout, so I guarantee a PR, sweet!

I am probably going to bring the boys with me. What is the schedule? Is it just 4 and 6, what's going on in between? What about after the 6? Just curious.

Hey Paul we are playing it by ear a little bit. We have 6 rowers down there. Depending on how many clients come we may have to do heats. It's an open house so we will be talking to potential CrossFitters and hanging out!

I did the mini cindy yesterday with Nick....and I am sore today! So PR'ing the baseline may be tough...five days in a row is a killer! But I'm with E if you want to work it that way:-)

got a PR this morning by nearly a minute. My base line in late May was 5:34. I managed to do it in 4:45 this morning. It definitely feels good to see progress being made after only 2 months at OTG. Now lets get that 1 RM snatch in for a WOD.... Mark. lol

Hey now I PR'd the Baseline today by 2:14.

I finished in May with 7:39 and today I banged out 5:25. I would say that is definitely improvement.

OTG EHT was awesome. Pissed I didn't bring the boys, I didn't know what to expect. If there is another opportunity, I'll bring em.

First time ever, 3:59 for the baseline. Once again, I struggled on the pullups which sucked. Easily lost 12+ seconds on that. I'll figure that out sooner or later.

The best part, PR'd my 500m row with a 1:32, and I did that on pace to leave some in the tank as well. This is why me, and my kids, will never do anything but Crossfit. How come every time you do something you are always better than the last? There is nothing on the planet that compares to Crossfit. I am undoubtedly in the best shape of my life today at 33, thanks OTG!

First off thanks for all of the support tonight!!!!!!
To see all of you down in EHT was amazing. When people asked who everyone was working out, I was proud to say that you are our CrossFit community from Williamstown and this community is why we love what we do. You all put on a great show and we are lucky to have you be a part of our lives. I enjoyed meeting your families and hope now they have an inside of view of what you do with us. Great Job and I can't tell you enough how thankful and proud we are!!

tonight was awesome. yet another night i'm thankful to have come home from school to be in the OTG family. cant thank you guys enough for letting me into such a tight nit group. EHT will be awesome but lets go on a little night run to those permit people because i wanna new gym toooo! haha

oh and stacey dont worry, dylan will go shopping with you too lol give him time
