Heading home today. Did Badger yesterday at CFA. 3 rounds of 30 squat cleans (95/65), 30 pull ups, 800m run. Wanted to die.
Mark/Nick, I can come to EHT today at 4:30 but wasn't sure if I would have a WOD partner. Should I try to hold out till 6:30 tonight?
I will be at EHT tonight at 630. Hope I have some team mates
Finally, I am back from Syracuse. I will be at the 6:30 EHT session. I did get to visit two other crossfit gyms this past week while away, so the trip was not a total waste.
I will be there at 4:30 today!! Changing from Tues/Thurs to Mon/Fri due to AC Airshow this week and MCLEF meeting Thurs.
figure with a team name like "Amazing" Chuck Norris would be a member. Mark says that Chuck does CrossFit...yea right!
See the crew in Williamstown tonight... bring the pain!
Chuck Norris doesn't need a team.
"Chuck Norris can delete the recycle bin on the computer."
I'm teaming up with Mr. T, I pity the fool who tell's one to "bring the pain!"
"The last guy to look Mr. T. in the eyes was Stevie Wonder."
what i thought chuck norris invented all forms of working out and just lets others claim they did just for the fun of it.
Wow, what a day....my first workout not using the rings for pull ups and I have the battle scars to prove it.
Rough day!!!!
Came in today at 12pm and had a one man team. Still go though. I just rested for the time it took to finish whatever round I was on. So I finished up with 13:20 for me and myself.
Looking forward to Friday's WOD.
Jim
Liked todays WOD, did it by myself 11:23/rx'd. Also, great job Lisa!
Did this with Tom tonight. We did it in 14:38 ... Tom (85 lbs) & Me (Rx'd).
Patty--Congratulations on moving from the rings to the pull up bar!! You should be proud of yourself and the progress you are making. I heard what happened and kudos to you for finishing!! You are not the first one to come off the bar, just ask Mark!!
But I think I was...
Brett was first...then Bobby O...then Kyle S...then Mark S...then Patty R...hopefully no one follows these examples..
