This WOD killed me I was wasted after the first 800 m, and the K2E sucked. I really have to work on them. KB not to bad, could have maybe pushed a bit harder on them and did all 40, but he heat was killing me today. No comment on the pushups, should have been able to better on them.
Finished with 20:27. Room for improvement definitely.

The heat is going to make this interesting today..I did it around 11:30am....drenched....right to the pool I went!

Well didn't do this wod today on account of heat exhaustion
but did knock out max's in the squat snatch and clean and jerk

could have went highr on the c&j but had a small tweak in my back.
