Eric, you'll be pleased to know that I endulged in "average man" food this weekend. Today I did 5x5 deadlift and a little metcon. Finished with 5x335lb with some left in the tank. The metcon was one OPT does in a vid. 35lb DB C&J (full squat) and weighted pullups 35lb for the 10,1;9,2; 8,3;...1,10 ladder. It took me 8+ minutes longer than OPT to finish...

Hey are there going to be sessions on Mon & Wed night? Or only the times listed?
Hope you guys had a good holiday. I was in NYC for the firework show. Out on a boat in the Hudson. Very cool, but totally exhausting.
I also ate like a pig so now I think I'm going to have to start all over again. I feel so fat.
