Did my own Beach WOD today ... 800m run - 30 air squats - 800m run - 30 burpees - 800m run - 30 sit ups - 800m run ... 26:40. Not too bad running on the hard sand.

Def. gonna try and make today, I've friggin missed a week and half, hate myself. And the Zone. What's the Zone? hahaha! Buuutttt, I have a plumbing emergency that may or may not be dealt with tonight soooo...well not trying to throw all my bizz out there but just checkin in with Marky Mark and his funky bunch!

DT does not like all the poeple of the world tring to be his friend. I can't blame him there. i will be there to kill my self for time i mised a week and that sucked, and by next week my little girl will be here and that will mean another week and half without crossfit. i feel like an addict i need my fix NOW!!!!!!!!

Off topic, but I started last week on the Teeccino, weaning myself off of caffeine.

Anyway, Teeccino tastes surprisingly like regular coffee. It is strong, so you don't need to use as much.

I am now doing 50% coffee, 50% Teecchino, and going strong. Also, I eliminated one cup of coffee and my lunch time caffiene shot, so my daily total intake is now around 150mg or so (about 1 third).

I am a little tired at times, but some of that is because of my new schedule and waking up at 5am. Other than that, no real withdrawal symptoms, no headaches or anything. It will be wierd in a few weeks when I am caffeine free.

I know last week was a bad one for me personally, only two workouts and I want to kill everyone within a certain distance but I haven't seen our female fire breather in some time, any word on Niki G? Do we need to send out a snatch and grab to get her back? I know a 5 man team that will work for free (or a free workout) GET SOME

So I went heavy today 135lbs. Maybe a little to much on the weight, I probably could have went with 125lbs and gotten a better time, but what the heck I decided to push it a little.

I finished with 15:47, I feel pretty good about the time considering I went with 135lbs. My first good workout since I was last at OTG, I gotta back back down there.

I drove past the EHT site today with my little man Micheal, he's 4. It's a nice location, and the best part it's only 10 minutes from the house.
