Thrusters - full depth squat and a full lock overhead. A full lock overhead requires that the ear is visible in front of a fully locked arm.

"ACTA NON VERBA"
Diggin' this one. I'm curious how I will fair at those DUs after Thrusters. Nice.
Why can't I figure out the DUs? Any tips out there? I just can't seem to get 'em ...
Thanks.
Chris,
Practice in a mirror. My DUs have gone from "goofy" to "less goofy". I find that watching myself in the mirror allows me to better keep my form.
I find that watching good videos on movements helps me reproduce those movements when I do them. Having a mirror helps me try to do what the people in the vids were doing. I am sure you've seen these, but look at all of the videos here...

I look in the mirror too, but it's not for double unders...LOL; you know what I'm talking about Nick!
Harder than I thought. 6:50 Rx'd. I know I could have done better, but I stumbled my way through the DUs for some reason today, broke every set multiple times.
I am still banged up from Saturday, it's been a while since it took this long to recover from a workout. Hopefully today worked out some of the kinks.
I Rx'd this one and I used 95lbs for the first time with the thrusters. but you know those DU killed me. I f'd them up all the way down to the last one. This added a whole lot to my time. I finish with a whopping 14:07. I gotta get those DU down so I can start getting decent times on these things. I felt good witht he thrusters though, that good right? Pull the positive, that's what I'm saying.
