K2E - Top -back parallel to ground and knees must make contact with elbows for rep to count. Bottom -Full arm, hip and leg extension.
SDHP - Shin to chin with full extension of the hips at the top. Weight must touch the ground at the bottom.
Burpees - Top - hip fully extended and clap such that the ear is visible from the profile.
Bottom - Chest must make contact with the ground

I didn't mean to make such a stir about the attire for Sat night! I totally understand about the whole Marketing and Advertising thing..We just thought it was more of a night to focus on the clients that are here and get to know each other on a more personal level. If people want to wear CF gear then ok but don't want people to feel obligated!! But Hey...jvlongo, if you want to wear CF gear and stand w/ a billboard outside Taylors that's cool!! HA HA just kidding..

Andrea, I think you struck the same nerve I did when suggesting that the OTG members select a WOD each day for everyone to do. I thought that would help to promote "unity", but I was wrong ...

I liked this WOD. Really makes you work, not like the other ones don't. But I liked it the best thus far. Thought I did pretty well with it. I finished with 17:44. I was shooting for 15 min., but obviously I missed that huh.

I Rx'd this one too by the way. 95lbs fo SDHP & knees were to the forearms too. Ahhhh Yaaaa!

I didn't do this one as I am wrapped up at work, but I am going to bookmark this one. I haven't done K2Es in a while, and you gotta love those burpees. I can never tell if I am getting better at burpees, because they ALWAYS kick my ass. I'll have to wip out that 150 burpee workout soon and see how I'm doing.
Thanks Paul. I'm getting there. I don't know about those burpees though. 150, I think I might pass out a die before I finish. Of course now I'm coming to try it to see what happens.
