lolol, good one, I'll be missing this WOD to instead perform "Helping my cousin move into his new house for time."

I will be using proper form to lift the tv and couch, I wonder if he'll get pissed when i continue to lift it up and down instead of moving it from Point A to Point B and then drop down to do some push ups or sit ups, oh well , have fun on FREAKY FRIDAY!!!

Definitely my most frustrating workout so far. Something was way wrong with my form on the HPCs. The first one felt light as a feather, the second or third time, I couldn't get it up (shut up, you people have sick minds).

I finished 10:23 RX'd (yay), but I know I can finish under 8 if I can get my HPC form down. I torched the DUs and the Ring Dips.

Hey Paul,

Don't feel bad, I'll be using 115lbs tomorrow for this one. I might try 135 but I don't think that is going to happen yet, key word is yet.

I was thinking about banging this out tonight when I get home from work but now I'm thinking it can wait till tomorrow. Maybe I'll do a double, we'll see. Oh and I'll probably get sometinh like 10 or 11, but I'm shooting for lower of course. It's all about the speed. I have to think fast.
