I don't run, forward or backwards. Funny how some workouts I just can't do. There's no way to sub a row, you can't row backwards.
I will be doing Unbroken from yesterday, will scale the squat cleans and KBs. I think I maybe ready to get back to RX next week. Still babying the shoulder a bit.
I would love to do the WOD from yesterday. I missed that one both times now. I've done Griff and its hard but boring in my opinion. I can run forward and backwards at my house!!
We all know CrossFit isn't only about Fran, Cindy, etc...we need to do these types of workouts to improve performance. And when this type of workout comes up, don't just do it....freakin do it! Put e'thing you have into it! And guess what, your Fran time will improve because of it!

Did yesterday's WOD. I hated this workout. Hated every friggin minute of it. This workout stomped a mudhole in my a$$, walked it dry, then drank all my beer.
Scaled to 115lb for the Squat Cleans, and 1.5 pood for the KB swings. The scale was just to continue to ease back in my knee and shoulder.

Griff is tough, I remember from last year, not that I like to run, but this does improve preformance.

Doing Griff saved my marriage and cured my cancer.
Doing Griff made me 3 inches taller and able to leap tall buildings. I did lose my hair because of it.

Finished 12:30. All sets were unbroken (as Rx'd).
Sometimes I have no idea what is going on, on this blog. Maybe to much testosterone and Star Wars!
I thought Griff started with spinning in a cricle 10 times then downing a beer then trying to run??
