I was saying the same thing man. That would be awesome. I remember when they put on a couple paintball tournaments when no one knew what it was like or was skeptical of the sport, and it just TOOK off!

E, didn't end up doing 300.My max was 315 so there was no way. I ended up doing 225. Got 7:35. See you tonight man.

Glassman mentioned to 'us' at the affiliate meeting last year that this was going to happen.
First, ESPN 2, then ESPN, then..who knows prime time!?..lol
But, I still don't know how accurate the statement is for this year.

Quality wod tonight. First time doing Kate tonight. I hate running and burpees suck, but it was a great workout. I need to work on the time though, as usual. I finished with 19:35.

I thinking in about 2 months I'll be good to go. I should be down in weight by then and I'll should be a lot stronger too. SO WATCH OUT!! AHHH YAAAA!!!!

Nice job Jim, solid work!

It took me about 2 months + to get my wind to where I wanted it. I am in my 6th month, and I still have so much to work on. My muscle stamina stinks, my strength needs to come up especially in my legs and deads, my pullups still blow. Crossfit is great a continuously showing you were you need improvement.
